The door to change can only be opened from the inside. To increase gender equality and diversity in IT projects, we need to take a closer look at our own values and actions. Here you will find tools that help simplify and quality-assure the integration of gender equality and diversity-promotion efforts within a project.
The tools can also be used for developing operations and gender equality integration in other contexts. They also provide suggestions for methods and examples of how they have been applied within the SATIN project.
This toolbox has been developed within the SATIN project in collaboration with its participants. Workshops and seminars have been organised in cooperation with the Mäta Jämt project and other gender projects at Luleå University of Technology (LTU). Gender researchers, other researchers at LTU and Umeå University, gender consultants and others have been recruited as workshop and seminar leaders.
