Measuring tools have been developed as part of the Mäta Jämt gender-equality integration project and subsequently summarised in a handbook entitled Innovation and Gender – How to Boost and Measure Change
The SATIN project is participating as a pilot in the Mäta Jämt project to further develop and implement tools and methods for measuring the effects of integrated gender equality and diversity efforts in IT environments. The measuring tool is being developed in cooperation with several pilots located in Sweden and Finland.
At the project’s outset, a baseline for the measurements was established through interviews, focus groups and surveys. During the project, the pilot organisations integrated a gender equality and diversity perspective based on their specific needs.
